Privacy policy

Minimum Order Quantity (“we”, “our”, “the app”) helps Shopify merchants configure minimum order quantity and order-limit rules. Support: 962900862@qq.com.

Data we process

• Shop information required to install and operate the embedded app.
• Product, variant, collection, customer-tag, company, market, and cart-value identifiers selected by the merchant for MOQ/order-limit rules.
• Rule settings, simulator inputs, bounded validation logs, webhook IDs, Shopify OAuth sessions, and billing entitlement cache.
• Optional support/feedback messages and alert email entered by the merchant.

How we use data

• To render merchant-configured cart hints and validate order-limit rules.
• To provide rule previews, operational logs, support, billing entitlement checks, and abuse/rate-limit protection.
• To process subscriptions through Shopify’s official hosted pricing and billing flow. We do not store payment card details.

Storage and retention

App-owned data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Raw validation logs, webhook dedupe rows, rate-limit rows, billing debug history, and archived feedback are cleaned by retention jobs to prevent unlimited growth. Merchants can delete rules in the app.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to run the app, including Shopify and Cloudflare. tawk.to is loaded for embedded support chat.
